Matthew Daigle

Matthew’s experience with Project Management in both Canada and the US provides a great asset to our Team.

 

Matthew has had the pleasure and privilege of working with many of the men and women within our company, and our subcontractor’s for years, and is regularly motivated and inspired by their innovative ideas, professional development, and overall success. Helping each other grow and succeed is a constant common goal with our team, and he takes pride in contributing to this daily.

 

Matthew looks forward to continuing to grow professionally and personally as a member of Dovie Mechanical and contributing to our growing strength and positive impact on the Construction Industry in Vancouver.

Trevor Cuthbert

Trevor has proven to be an asset and a leader for our team, completing some of our more complicated projects. With 14 years of experience in both High-rise Residential and Industrial builds, his understanding of mechanical systems and his attention to detail have made his projects a great success. He is very passionate about his role at Dovie and takes pride in being a mentor for the younger Apprentices and Journeymen.

Alan Erakovic

With over a decade of experience in Residential Highrise, Alan has provided leadership on multiple projects.  He has extensive experience and knowledge of mechanical systems, and is passionate about his role with Dovie, ensuring that all his projects are completed successfully.

Tony Hughson

Tony obtained a Red Seal in Plumbing, Steam Fitting/Pipefitting and has spent 5 years working on Industrial Systems across Western Canada, giving him more insight and knowledge of larger and more complicated systems. Tony’s role with Dovie has been the overseeing of day-to-day operations during new construction as well as working alongside subtrades and clients to ensure efficiency and productivity. Tony is driven, detailed, and always willing to do what is needed to ensure success.

Patrick McDonald

Patrick is the newest member of the Dovie Mechanical Team. With over 15 years of mechanical experience, he has worked on multiple Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Patrick has always brought a professional attitude to each job, at the same time being able to motivate his crews,  promoting teamwork and encouraging his guys to always try to improve their skills as well as his own.

Project Coordinator

Nicole Cuthbert

Nicole joined Dovie Mechanical for Administrative Support and moved into the role of Project Coordinator/Engineer position in early 2019.
Nicole has a background in the heavy-duty equipment industry in sales and administration, and has an Associates certificate in Business and a Management Certificate in Human Resources.
Nicole’s focus is on making sure all projects have the correct information, equipment and support necessary to run smoothly. She also helps with all staff support and processing all paperwork. Nicole looks forward to continuing to learn about systems and other items to help her better understand and better support everyone in the day-to-day business.
